Warmth for the commute, a clean line for the office

The day
Cold mornings on the way to work, heated rooms, then another stretch outdoors. Winter working days change temperature more than once, and the trousers stay on through all of it.

The problem
A heavy outer layer solves the street, not the desk. Unlined denim solves the office, not the platform. Stacking layers often looks bulky and gets in the way of sitting, driving and walking.

The choice
The Winter Denim keeps a denim exterior that still reads as work trousers, with a lining for cold stretches of the day. The aim is one pair for the working day: warm enough on the commute, composed enough when the coat comes off.

What you should feel
Warmth without turning the pair into a ski pant. Movement at the desk and on the walk should still feel like trousers, not like outerwear.

What we learn next
We watch the switch between outdoors and heated rooms — whether the lining helps, or overheats. Public notes will cover the decision we take; test logs stay internal until they are verified.
