We ship to Germany, France, Poland and the United Kingdom via Amazon EU multi-channel fulfillment (MCF) unless otherwise stated on the order. Typical transit after dispatch: 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We do not promise local next-day or 2-day delivery on this storefront.

Returns & Cancellations

How to return

  1. Log in → Orders → request cancellation (if not shipped) or return / withdrawal
  2. Or email info@ziilay.com with your order number
  3. Ship only to the return address we provide after authorization
  4. Refund to the original payment method after inspection

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@ziilay.com. We will arrange a remedy; return postage for defects is covered by Ziilay.
