We ship to Germany, France, Poland and the United Kingdom via Amazon EU multi-channel fulfillment (MCF) unless otherwise stated on the order. Standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days after dispatch. We will email tracking details when your order ships. This storefront does not promise local next-day or two-day delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

How to return

  1. Log in → Orders → request cancellation (if not shipped) or return / withdrawal
  2. Or email ziilay308@outlook.com with your order number
  3. Ship only to the return address we provide after authorization
  4. Refund to the original payment method after inspection

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact ziilay308@outlook.com. We will arrange a remedy; return postage for defects is covered by Ziilay.
